The festivities reportedly took place at Philippe restaurant in Beverly Hills Sunday, where the designer-clad birthday girl took over the restaurant's private dining room clad in pink and white Caribbean-themed decor, flowers, balloons and pink crystals, according to E!. The birthday girl blew out her candles to Jamaican music alongside friends, including former makeup artist Joyce Bonelli, Justin Bieber's BFF Lil Twist and Kendall Jenner.
