Kelly Rowland Is Selling Her Miami Panty-Dropping Palace for $3 Million

Newly-engaged Kelly Rowland is ready for married life and that means saying goodbye to her bachelorette days, including her single lady pad.

It was gathered that the former Destiny’s Child singer is selling her Miami beachfront digs for nearly $3 million.

And she’s hoping to make more than a $1 million profit. With that kind of dough, she can definitely have her dream wedding.

The X Factor judge bought the high-rise home in one of the most prestigious buildings in Miami back in 2006 for $1.89 million and first listed it three years later, only to take it off the market within a few months.

The 3-bedroom, 4-bath spread is super luxe and plenty big with almost 4,000 square feet of space. And living the high life sure comes with its perks, like an ocean view, marble floors, fully renovated bathrooms (including a walk-in shower and his and hers sinks in the master suite) and décor details by a world-renowned designer. (The hot pink fur blanket and disco ball pendant lamp are a nice touch.)

And now we now how the 32-year-old gets her famous abs -- courtesy of an at-home exercise room and we're sure she's doing some laps in the heated pool. Or for those days when she just wants to relax, she can do it catching some Florida rays lounging under her own private umbrella on the sand or in a poolside cabana.
